“The property itself is fine, clean, enjoyed the pool. Generally good value. The staff was friendly and helpful minus the night manager. I travel for work frequently, and often work very late. I request late checkout 100% of the time and it’s almost never a problem. In this case, the night manager couldn’t even be bothered to get out of his chair or check the computer and told me “It’s impossible, we’re fully booked”.
